Sales Consultant - was extremely knowledgeable in offering useful advice and discussing the best options for our home. His quotes were set out clearly and very easy to follow.

Installers - exceeded their estimated deadlines to fit our windows whilst ensuring we were not inconvenienced in any way in our day to day lives. They were obviously under some pressure to get the job done and arrived early each morning (7.30am at our request) and followed up with any issues/timeframes with replacement frames etc with no complaint and just got on with the job. They were hardworking, trustworthy and displayed a ‘can-do’ attitude - good guys to deal with!

Team Leaders - were excellent in overseeing the final part of the process ensuring attention to detail was taken care of and that the final product was presented as agreed - a big thanks to Willie for cleaning the windows and providing helpful tips on painting.

It was certainly reassuring to know that we were being looked after so well - great service team!
